What problem does the app solve?

It transfers knowledge from issues to the knowledge database without copy & paste so that it is permanently documented and can be found.

What content is transferred?

If desired, attachments, comments and links to the issue can be transferred to the new article so that the full context is retained.

Can I specify the placement in the knowledge base?

Yes, when creating, you select both the target project and the desired level or parent article.

What happens to the original issue?

The issue remains unchanged. The article is an independent entry in the knowledge database.
