What is the app for?

Never forget important processes again. This app is a practical tool for creating and managing individual reminders for issues directly in YouTrack.

What problem does the app solve?

It enables individual reminders for issues if, for example, feedback is outstanding.

How do I create a reminder?

A Reminder button appears in the issue. Select the date, time and optionally a note.

Which channels are supported?

By default, YouTrack sends emails and displays in-app notifications. You can configure additional channels (Slack, MS Teams) in YouTrack in advance.

Can I create recurring reminders?

No, at the moment every memory is unique.

What happens if the issue is closed beforehand?

Closed issues no longer trigger reminders. Reminders that have already been scheduled are automatically removed.

What functions does the app offer?

Which version is required?

The app requires YouTrack version 2024.3.0 or higher. The current version of the app is 2.0.1 (as of August 08, 2025).
