Yes, starting with version 2.1.0, the app offers two MCP tools: get_reminders retrieves a list of all existing reminders, and create_reminder creates new reminders directly from MCP clients such as Junie in IntelliJ. To activate the tools, you need to append the URL parameter customToolPackages=issue_reminder to your YouTrack MCP URL.

The app requires YouTrack version 2024.3.0 or higher. The current version of the app is 2.1.0 (as of December 9, 2025).
