Structured approval processes for your
YouTrack knowledge base
twenty20 Premium extension
Bring order to the approval of knowledge articles. This extension enables transparent approval and acknowledgment workflows directly in YouTrack - without external tools, without media disruptions.

Important documentation, guidelines and process descriptions are created daily in the YouTrack knowledge database. But who checked them? Who is responsible? And who needs to be informed?
The Article Approval App creates clarity: it establishes a traceable approval process with targeted invitations, binding decisions and transparent documentation - all directly on the article. This allows you to keep track of which content has been approved and where action is still required.
The app integrates seamlessly above the comments section of your articles. With just a few clicks, you can invite colleagues to approve or acknowledge your article. Everyone involved is notified and can make their decision directly - including an optional explanation in the comments section. As soon as all the necessary approvals have been received, the article status is updated automatically.
Clearly define who must approve an article and who should only be informed.
All decisions, rejections and reasons remain comprehensible in the article.
The app integrates directly into the familiar YouTrack interface, no external tools required.
The article status is automatically set to "approved" as soon as all approvals have been received.
Combine permits and confirmations according to your individual requirements.
